He set out on a mission to learn how to cook the best spiral hams around, and with that knowledge in mind, he launched Apple Lane. This local business specializes in honey-glazed hams – where they slow-smoke their hams over wood chips for a full twenty-four hours to seal in that delicious flavor. Every day right in the store, the hams are spiral sliced and fire-glazed with honey and spices. And their offerings have since grown to include sandwiches and made-from-scratch pies as well!
