Local business owner Joe Carlucci is an award-winning pizza chef and Guinness World Record holder who was born in the Bronx and started working in the pizza business at the tender age of fifteen years old. He put all his skills and experience into building Valentina’s Pizzeria and Wine Bar, which opened in 2020 and was named after Joe’s beloved daughter. Today, this local pizzeria serves up authentic Italian pizza, mouthwatering appetizers, handcrafted calzones, and delectable desserts.
